What You Need to Know

Consultations and skin tests must be booked at least 48 hours before a colour service appointment for the client’s first colour service at our Studio.

We are committed to giving you the best experience at our studio. As a promise to us, there is a £30 booking fee which is deducted at the end of your appointment.

We love all of our clients and we want to make sure everyone feels at home. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return.

BOOKING IN 

What You Need to Know

Consultations and patch tests must be booked at least 48 hours before a colour service.  

Patch tests last 6 months. If your medical history has changed we will require a new patch test.

We are committed to giving you the best experience at our studio. As a promise to us, there is a 50% booking fee which is deducted at the end of your appointment. 

CANCELATIONS/LATE ARRIVALS

Let Us Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you need to cancel please let us know 72 hours before your appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 72 hours to go, all monies paid will be lost.

If you feel unwell, we will try our best to reschedule your appointment however, if you choose to cancel your appointment, this will result in a loss of deposit.

If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. A 10-minute grace period is permitted, Anything later will result in a cancellation or treatment reduction. Cancellations under these circumstances and no-shows will be charged at 50% of the service.
